Our number one priority is to only use products that are safe for your home; safe for you, your family & your pets; and safe for our environment.Whenever possible, we do try to purchase Australian-owned and Australian-made environmentally‑friendly products.Unfortunately, this cannot always be the case.Even though the majority of the products that we use are currently all Australian-owned, not all of them are Australian-made.
We use general household white vinegar & water solutions for removing grease from benchtops and splashbacks. We also use a solution of tea-tree oil & water which is great for cleaning floorboards and other wooden surfaces.
Please be assured that we only use products that we truly believe are best. Our professional and personal integrity wouldn't allow us to recommend any product that we did not believe in 100%. We use all of the products listed below in our own homes and we refuse to use any product that we wouldn't let on our skin, inhale, ingest or consume - not that we'd be likely to drink any of them no matter how great they smell!
Here are a few links to some of the branded pre-packaged products that we use: Tri Nature is one of my favourite product lines. I was introduced to them by a client and since then I cannot stop raving about them. Not only are they natural, environmentally friendly, they are great value for money, they really, really work and you only need the tiniest amount. I believe in their products so much that I have become an affiliate. My favourite is the Sphagnum Moss Herbal Disinfectant; followed closely by Supre Multi-Purpose Cleaner. Please click the link above to be taken to their website for ordering. They truly are fantastic products.
"I have for over a year now used TriNature Chamomile for dishes, as a handwash and in the windscreen washer in my car. So, if you can get hold of a bottle - it will go a long way!"

Great tips on using Bi-Carb of Soda around the home.Available from any supermarket in the Sugar/Flour aisle.Bi-Carb of Soda is a natural, gentle abrasive and is great for removing burnt on food from saucepans and cook-tops, and for removing greasy marks from splash-backs.We also use it for removing built-up "grime" from benchtops. It is a great natural room deodoriser as it absorbs odours from around the room.We also use it to sprinkle on carpets before vacuuming to absorb odours.Fantastic stuff!

"I have in the past used quiote a few of the Earth Choice and Nature's Organics products and I still believe they are a great product and great value for money. I, however, am always trying out new products and as such have found other alternative products that work for "me": it's a hard job being a Domestic Environmentalist!
I do believe it is up to the individual as to whether they would prefer me to use or NOT use a particular product, and as such I contacted Nature's Organics (the manufacturer of Earth Choice and Nature's Organics products) for some further information. Their response to my email is below (in part)."
Received from Nature's Organics on Monday 3 May 2010:
"Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the use of Palm Oil in our products. We share your concerns with the supply shortages of Palm oil and the impact this is having on old growth forests in Indonesia and the resultant devastation to the habitat of the orangutans.
We are always keen to look into alternative materials but our choices are limited to what is commercially viable and readily available in the global market. At present, the only substitute ingredient to palm oil is a form of animal fat or a chemical derived from petrochemicals.
To the best of our knowledge the majority of our surfactant manufacturers do not own or manage plantations as the oils or lauryl alcohol is bought as a raw material. We are very stringent, however, in communicating to our suppliers that we will not accept materials that could compromise our cruelty free policy. This is a fundamental requirement that any supplier must satisfy before we consider doing business with them...
...We are in the process of reformulating all of our products with new sugar and corn derived surfactants but this takes time and these new ingredients have only recently become available. Unfortunately at this present time we cannot get away from the fact that all surfactants and detergents come from petroleum, animal, or coconut and palm derived ingredients.
There is no requirement for us to divulge the type of oil used to produce our products. We state our ingredients fully as we choose to do so, therefore many manufacturers do not provide such information on the labels of other products. Palm oil is in fact classed as a vegetable oil so any product containing “vegetable oil” as an ingredient, including food products, could potentially contain palm oil.
Natures Organics can assure you that we aim to protect the environment and its creatures.
Kind regards,"
